Adjunct Professor of Environmental Science Buffalo
The Environmental Science Program at Canisius College is seeding an adjunct instructor for 2020-2021 Academic year to teach Introductory Hydrology (ENV 200), Environmental Health (Bio 360) and Introductory Geology (GEOL 120) and its associated lab (GEOL 120L). The position requires availability to teach 2 – 3 days per week, to attend 1-2 faculty meetings per semester, along with office hour requirements. These courses are generally offered once every 2 years, but the specific semesters (fall or spring) and times they are offered is flexible.
Student Service and Development Coordinator for the Wehle School of Business Buffalo
The coordinator reports to the Dean of the Wehle School of Business but directly supports the Associate Dean and the Director of Executive Education & Leadership Development. The AD will support approximately 1300 students and 95 full-time faculty in 31 majors, 50 minors, and two graduate programs. Reporting directly to the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, the AD works with two Faculty Associate Deans, two administrative support professionals, a graduate assistant, and student aides to assist students achieve academic success. Faculty colleagues collaborate with the AD on all aspects of student achievement.
Cataloging Librarian Buffalo
The Cataloger’s primary responsibility is original and copy-cataloging of bibliographic records in the integrated library system. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance of other types of records within the ILS and assisting acquisitions with financial transactions and fund maintenance in the ILS and with other systems.
