Assistant Director for the Office of Event Services Buffalo
The Assistant Director is responsible for supporting the campus community in the logistical planning and execution of college sponsored campus events, including social events, meetings, lectures, conferences, commencement week activities, etc., as well as working with external clients. The incumbent ensures campus facilities constantly meet educational, physical and safety requirements. This is a full-time position that will require working some evenings, nights and weekends.
Director of Financial Aid Buffalo
The Director of Financial Aid reports to the Assistant Vice President and Director of Student Records and Financial Services and supervises the financial aid staff. The Director is an integral member of both the Enrollment Management and Student Records & Financial Services teams, providing strong and decisive leadership and expert guidance to the college on all matters related to Title IV aid and scholarships. The Director will assist in the development and maintenance of systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the office and is responsible for compliance with all state and federal regulations. The Director assists in preparing federal, state and other required reports as necessary, including FISAP and Program Participation Agreement, and assists to develop, analyze and interpret financial aid information for both internal and external use.

Coordinator of Annual Giving and Stewardship Buffalo
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship, the Coordinator of Annual Giving and Stewardship plays a key role in the coordination of solicitation and database management for the Annual Giving program at Canisius. Administrative Specialist for the College of Arts & Sciences Buffalo
The Administrative Specialist will provide administrative support for the undergraduate and graduate programs in the College of Arts & Sciences, specifically supporting department chairs, program directors, the Associate Deans, and the Dean. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Admissions Processing Associate Buffalo
Admissions Processing Associates process all applications, transcripts, test scores and correspondence for new, transfer, re-enrolling and international student applications for undergraduate and graduate admissions. They maintain all admissions records and enter new information on prospective students into Banner. Admissions Processors communicate regularly with students and their families about the Canisius College admissions process. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions Processing.

Canisius College is accepting applications for a part-time Safety Coordinator. The Safety Coordinator directs, develops and oversees the general health and safety policies and procedures of the organization.  Ensures the workplace is in compliance with OSHA and other state, local, or industry specific regulations and that periodic safety audits are conducted.  Being a Safety Coordinator provides programs that ensure a safe workplace including safety orientations, skills training, emergency preparedness, proper job instruction, hazardous material disposal procedures, and the use of protective equipment. Develops a systemic process to collect data, analyze the causes of accidents, and generate required reporting.  Additionally, Safety Coordinator implements initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents, occupational illnesses, and exposure to long-term health hazards.

The Admissions Counselor coordinates and supports admissions programs; maintains communication with Canisius College partners in primary markets of focus; present admissions information sessions; performs admissions recruitment, counseling, and application review. Additionally, the incumbent ensures the college admissions process is administered with constant commitment to compliance with all institutional, conference and NCAA rules and regulations. This position requires the ability to travel and to load and transport admissions materials, displays and other equipment. Some evening and weekend hours required.

The administrative associate acts as a point of contact for the department with both internal and external constituencies, assist and represent the COPE office by handling concerns as they arise. The administrative associate provides support to the Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion/ Director of HEOP, the Associate Director, the Coordinator of Academic Support Services, and the Senior Counselor. This is a modified full-time position, occasional weekends are required when workshops/events are scheduled.
