Assistant Director Athletics Facilities Buffalo
The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting in the planning and directing the use of all Canisius University’s athletic facilities, including swimming pool, gymnasium, Demske Sport Complex, fitness center, etc. The incumbent ensures campus facilities constantly meet educational, physical and safety requirements. The Assistant Director reports to the Assistant AD for Facilities.

Public Safety Dispatcher Full-Time Buffalo

Public Safety Dispatchers perform a variety of duties involved in receiving, evaluating, prioritizing and relaying calls for emergency and non-emergency public safety assistance. Dispatch appropriate units and coordinates response of emergency personnel. The Coordinator supports the Women’s Business Center by managing the responsibilities related to planning, direction and coordination of the Women’s Business Center’s operation activities. Canisius University Public Safety Officers are sworn New York State Peace Officers pursuant to New York Criminal Procedure Law Article 2, Section 2.10-72. Each officer receives law enforcement training which exceeds New York State requirements for Peace Officers. Canisius University Public Safety Officers perform the duties of an armed peace officer which includes making arrests, transporting criminals and providing armed vehicular and foot patrol within jurisdiction.
